1. serviceable locations
we currently ship across all major cities and regions within india. if your pin code is unserviceable, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.
2. order processing
• orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
• once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or sms
3. shipping timeline
• standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location
• remote or special delivery areas may take longer
4. shipping charges
• we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500
• for orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee may apply (shown at checkout)
• cash-on-delivery (cod) charges may apply if this option is enabled
5. delays & exceptions
era aura is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. damaged or lost packages
